Big companies know how to make big deals, and at the end of last March, Exxon Mobil signed onto a $5 billion project with Saudi Aramco and Sinopec to expand an existing venture in the Fujian province – marking the first fully integrated petrochemical plant in China backed by foreign investment. Perusahaan-perusahaan besar tahu bagaimana membuat kesepakatan besar, dan pada akhir Maret lalu, Exxon Mobil masuk ke sebuah proyek $ 5 miliar dengan Saudi Aramco dan Sinopec untuk mengembangkan usaha yang ada di provinsi Fujian – menandai pertama pabrik petrokimia yang terintegrasi penuh di Cina yang didukung investasi asing.
